REALQUALITY ABFlu-CoV-2 is a kit for the identification of the respiratory viruses SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A and Influenza B.
It is useful in the clinical diagnosis of patients presenting symptoms of viral respiratory infections during seasonal epidemics.
• Includes all reagents for reverse transcription and Real-Time PCR amplification
• Single multiplex reaction for the amplification of respiratory viruses SARS-CoV-2 (RdRp and N genes), Influenza A (M gene), Influenza B (M gene) and of the endogenous internal control
• Compatible with RNA extracted from nasopharyngeal swab
• Requires 10 µL of extracted RNA
• dUTP/UNG system to prevent PCR contamination
• Amplification time of 70 min
• Compatible with CFX96 Real-Time PCR Detection System-IVD (Bio-Rad) and AriaDx Real-Time PCR System (Agilent Technologies) thermal cyclers
